I have a storefront that will be open soon on grand island and would be the perfect place for a tattoo shop. Right at the bridge and right next door to Timmy hos and theodores hot! Rent would be in the 500-700 range and would be a 100% success as there is no other tattoo place on the island.
My # is 628 3448 if anyone has any ?'s
Derek
