As far as which is better at what it’s a crap shoot. I’ve worked on and drive larger vehicles with benz motors and they are well made, but expensive to buy and maintain compared to domestics. We could have this discussion/arguement over and over again. Personally I like cummins over the other options, because they are the most reliable in the long run in my experience. A good example is my truck 187k miles/ 15 years and nothing but fuel and oil filter changes.
