i have a 10 year old snowboard and shitty step in bindings and i can snowboard well. People who constantly buy new equipment, or think that it holds them back just suck. Rent first, buy later. I know you want to be cool and own the snowboard, but if you hate it you’re fucked out of probably 50% of what you paid. ---

where abouts in philly are you? im in exton about 30 minutes outside of the city. i would def rent the first 2 times atleast. dont get discouraged your first time out. everyone sucks there first time out. just try to get used to stopping yourself. thats one of the biggest things. i have my setup for sale if your gunna be interested in boarding. nice set up its a k2 spitfire wide(154cm) with ride bindings and burton freestyle boot. lemme know if your interested and goodluck out there man ---
