just got back from the track. Was a nice clear day. First run we decided just to run the regular street tires just to see how it would do and capture the logs. Didn’t want to break any axles on the first run. Car went 13.0@114. 2nd pass we used my 13" rims with slicks. Car went 12.1@124. Didn’t push it to hard we needed to drive the car back home. We tried to run with slicks again but saw that the clutch was slipping with the slicks @ 10psi. We ran street tire the rest of the day and got some good logs for next time. The clutch was used, so we are going to wait until a new one is installed. Car has mid 11’s as is. vids willbe up later. ---

Exactly. Not trying to start trouble. Just trying to make sense of things. The street tire pass as right on par. Then next pass with slicks it picks up 10mph… eh. Like i said that 12.1 seems also right on par. ---

i was gonna say the same thing. my car trapped 115 even though its a lil heavier it sholdnt be almost 10mph faster in the 1/4 with 20 less wheel maybe its made more power that run somehow… ---

Must have a shot on it or more than said boost nope thats the mph for a 330-350hp car. The sohc had same amount of power and ran 11.6@122. All i can say is different powerband. Also in the vid he was only in 3rd gear crossing the line and it didn’t spin much with the slicks. ---
