ok sooo… has anyone that has ever used a tech support of any kind (internet, cellphone,etc.) have you ever called them back after the issue was fixed.

why do people call in to confuse you.

me: “ok so whats the issue you are having”  
him: “what do you mean issue”  
me: “well i see you called about a username password issue”  
him: “right, yes, that was taken care of”  
me: “so what is the issue for calling in now”  
him: “oh, their is no problem, i just wanted to call and say it was working”
