What is so great about IPod’s? I want some type of portible music device, why should I spend 250 for an ipod when I can get a regular mp3 player for 120? are ipod songs able to be DLed from their website, or do you still have to get mp3’s for it like you get them for anything else? Thans for the help. ---

um they are just cool for the cool factor i think. like the trendy MP3 player. I dunno I personally like the dell jukebox. ---

i did a lot of research and the one big downfall i read is that the battary only lasts a little over a year…and its a really exspensive one at that ---

i will wait till sony makes a badass mp3 player… I wouldn’t buy one to for another year or so. I am still waiting for a mp3player/PDA ---

IPOD’s are overated Sony NW-HD1 \> Sony VGF-AP1 \> DELL player \> IPOD ---

still not cool enough for me, for that price it should blow me too. I have at access over 40k in mp3s. so i kinda want a device to hold about 80k in mp3s and global wireless networking would be cool too. I want to be able to use my mp3 player as a device to download music too. ---
