# Testing Alternator.

Well my wifes car turns off after about 15 mins of idleing. I had to jump it to get started again. I’m figuring its the alternator.

So is there any places that will check the alternator?

I know advance used to do it but the one by me closed. Anyone know it pepboys or Autozone does it?
