1. thats what my computer is 64bit and i only had 1 incompatibility problem but im not even sure it was because of that.
2. i am going to upgrade to it eventually so i figured y not now i got a few free things when i bought it. i can deal with the 1or 2 compatibility problems that i will have which i will then use xp to run
