Why dont you make it so in the user cp you can see who repped and or negged. Typically its like that so you can usually out of courtesy rep back. ---

Ok - so the amount of karma you give / take per click depends on certain things : Length of time registered - the longer you were here, the more points you give / take. Amount of good karma received - the more good karma you have the more points you give / take. Amount of posts - the more posts you have the more points you give / take. I’ve made the amount a lot less - I think it’s 1 per 6 months here (so 3 years = 6 points), 1 point per 1000 posts, and 1 point per 100 good karma. ---
