so i guess what the police are saying is that they cannot catch criminals unless the criminals document their acts and display this documentation in public? ---

just shows that you have to take time and edit material to be posted for others enjoyment. like this site for example and that all its contents in areas are kept confidential. too bad should have had more guys to block off the section of street to make it “more safe” also people should do “stupid things” away from suburbia as it increases the heat factor exponentianly still a nice 30 sec of enjoyment for us ---
