apparently commercially ridden bike you do!

FUCK this. I say about 500 people get on their schwins and ride circles around the capital building to petition this. GL getting 500 people “pulled over” and ticketed for this shit.

this raises a question. If its registered and insured, can I drive it on the thruway? if so I say another sweet petition idea is to get 3 cars and 3 bikes. the cars box out all 3 lanes and slow them to a crawl, then the bikes get out and ride infront of each car until shit hits the fan and backs up for miles!
