Its funny how the cars keep getting heavier each year…why? With all the green movement you’d think they would make lighter vehicles which will use less gas to move the car from a stop and keep it rolling. These retro cars are PIGS. 5.0 fox \> \* ---

that nitrous’d 2010 camaro, that orr89rocz posted, runs 10.2 now btw… they just added a cam and there are a few magna charged 2010 camaros getting into the 10’s with unopened motors. bad thing about the new camaros is that not everyone is posting up results. I will say this though. I am happy that ford is finally stepping up. 2010 Mustang GT vs 2010 Camaro SS is a drivers race. in 2 years when the new supercharged z28 comes out, hopefully it will be neck and neck with this new mustang. It’s nice that the mustang and camaro are finally about as fast as each other. Makes for more fun. I mean, in all honesty, all you ls1 fbucket drivers… do you get more excited when you see a regular 2v mustang gt or a terminator? having more competition is always a good thing. that being said the 2011 mustang sucks and is still slow. ---

There is a vid on LS1tech showing a stock 11 GT 5.0 vs stock 6spd 2000 SS and the camaro won… I think those two are a drivers race, a new SS should pull one. BUT I do like that Ford is upping their cubic inches finally. ---

I honestly am a big fan of the new 5.0 motor. every technological advance out there right now. very serious motor, but I still like my camaro regardless if I broke my transmission. So any haters out there of my car can just deal with it. I respect good designs and I get pissed about some of the poor designs on my car too. I just dont know why everyone tweaks out about every little thing. ---

it doesn’t really matter if the mustang is faster or not, the camaro/fireturds have always been faster, but the mustang is actually a nice car. The camaro is a piece of shit with a nice motor like it has been since it was first made in the 60’s. But, competition is always good. It’s nice to see GM and Mopar TRY to make a car as nice as a Ford, but it will never happen. ---

A modded car ran 10’s? WOW… Like that’s never been done before? I will say that I’m diggin the new Mustang though and may pick one up myself, even over a new Camaro which I think is still extremely overpriced. ---

No it aint, 3400 is light for a stock V8 car. Old mid 90’s cars were capable of that with low options ---
