Anyways, made some more progress. I think? Its looking like less and less of a car :uhh:
Next up, rear bumper, all glass, fuel tank, misc stuff in the engine bay, k-member, rear end, few other things and then it will be close to striped 😛

Thanks Derrick, that is much appreciated, I suspect I am going to need a lot of small odds and ends stuff over time so that will be a huuuuge help!

Yeah, I think I may end up doing that. This is still going to be a mainly street car. Maybe I can come and check out your cage some time this week if thats cool, Ill just shoot out on the bike and have a looksee. Check your PMs :tup:
Anyways, a few update pics. Not much car left. :picard:
Should be able to crank on it for 2 solid days coming up, and get just about everything else stripped out of it that needs to come out.
Really looking forward to finishing stripping it down the rest of the way and getting it blasted like a mofo. Its gonna be fun working on a clean, solid shell without having to worry about rust falling in my eyes 😛

Great project! Makes me want to tear into mine…
Please keep those BA 14’s that you’ve got on there right now, that’d make for quite the sleeper:D
If you need a windshield, I have one laying around here from HotRodKid…you can be the next in line to take it if you’d like. Also, if you hadn’t come across Mustangs Unlimited they have nearly everything necessary for a restore/rebuild project such as this…they now make quarter windows for $300/pair!!!

Haha, yeah ill have 14s…as in brakes 😛 Well, maybe not. Gotta compromise between what brake/tire/rim combo i go with, i want nice brakes, but still be able to run ideally a 16 inch slick, but most likely it will be 17s. Street perf \> track perf always to me.
I will need a windshield eventually, Ill PM you when the time comes and if you still have it then maybe we can work something out. :tup: But yeah I will def be getting new quarter windows, the trim is not too bad but not great, and little stuff like that will not be skipped during this project! 😃
And Paul, you wanna see stripped? check back in about 2 days. 😉
