I got up to 275 on the bench… then fucked my back up… how far away from 300 are you?

Also I run on an elliptical. I have heard this does not equate to actual running. All I know is it easier on the knees and ankles.

I’ve been in a 12 week contest at work for the biggest loser.
So far I am down 13lbs and really all I’ve changed is actually showing up at the gym now.
Next week I will introduce an EC stack as well as diet change to really put it on.

My mom is doing that at her gym too. If your gym has a pool or you can get to a YMCA you’ll drop weight like it’s nothing.

You’re at 195ish and your goal is 300 by spring? How is that possible?

I run 5.5-6.5 miles / 4-5 days a week. normally takes anywhere from ~1 hr to 1.5 hours, depending.

yesterday I busted out 6 miles in 58:55, backed it up with another 2.

this is all on an elliptical on high resistance setting. I do mostly the elliptical because I’ve had two hip surguries and this doesnt seem to put as much stress on everything.

Time is on the treadmill is far more important than distance run. Are you running outside? or the treadmill… I found that 2.0-2.5 incline gives me a really good increase in heart rate, and puts me right into my target zone at 6mph.

I’m running inside right now, on an elliptical (for the most part). when I do the treadmill, I’m typically on an incline of 4 or so.

Fuck, I can bench 155 3 sets 10x.
I’ve never tried my max bench…but then again I never really bench.

thats why you bench 155. most average sized men start out around 150 benching. you dont gain strength by doing what’s comfortable.

Bro i went from being able to run 5 to comfortably doing 15+ in like 12weeks of training when I first started. No doubt it will be hard as fawk but we got this. Besides we can do like 15min miles, who cares.
