keep calling my dam house and cell phone. They had some girl that works there call and leave a message on my phone last night saying “were wondering where your at” well if I haven’t been late in a year and a half and I don’t show up then I probally quit. Only thing is that I didn’t tell them that. 🤣 These people constantley harassed me and called me names and shit along with the other people that work there that aren’t family. Every employee there hates their job. I can’t believe I put up with them as long as I did. And they wonder why I just didn’t show up yesterday. I fell so much better being away from there. ---

Not that I know you anything specific about how bad it is but just some advice from previous mistakes I’ve done along these lines: 1. Always give your two week notice: They have to pay you for it if they ask you to leave that day. Free vacation 2. Never just up and quit, cause finding a job this time of year is retardedly difficult due to everyone on vacation, End of year, and multiple other factors. 3. After 3 years of employment at Lone Star, I just didn’t show up. Fuck them. If they really needed me there then they wouldn’t have cut my hours down to 10 a week, as opposed to my normal 25. ---

Isn’t this the place that told you to leave when you gave them a 12 day notice :dunno: Also I have never heard of the if you put your two weeks in and they tell you to just leave now that they have to pay you for those two weeks. PA is not a Right to Work state so I don;t see how that is even possible if it is on the books. Basically if that happends its a " Your fired! - No you can’t fire me because I quit" situation. ---

Unsure of PA laws but in a state where you are around sensitive data or an important position they usually ask you to leave immediately and will pay you for those two weeks. If they fire you on the spot see below: “If the employer simply tells the employee to leave after giving notice, it may turn a voluntary termination into an involuntary termination, making the employee eligible for state unemployment compensation for that period of time. More importantly, the employer may send a negative message to the rest of its workforce, i.e., if you give notice as requested, you may be terminated immediately. As a result, the employer will not receive notice of terminations in the future.” ---

On x-mas eve these people told me they were cutting my hourly wage $1 and to go look for a new job. I shouldn’t have even went in Monday. What kind of people that own a business that brings in a shitload of money has to be that ignorant to its employees. ---

He’s never laid off anyone in like 12 years, and he’s never cut anyone’s pay. In fact, he’s pretty generous to me, I’ve gotten $3.30 in raises in the past 3 1/2 years. ---

They cut my hours in half for this week and were only useing me until they could find someone else then they probally would have laughed at me, thats how they work. They called a few hours ago and left a message saying “where are you you were sopposed to work this morning”. I wasn’t even scheduled this morning. Being as that I didn’t show up last night they must not of got the hint and they’re still calling today. So whoever was taking my place must not have show, haha. They’re getting their payback now. ---
