Tibby: rebuild old motor with:  
Intake cam  
p&p head  
11.1 pistons  
beta2 oil pan  
Ported IM  
Ported or BBTB

Neon R/T:  
replace hood, fender, headlight (fix damage)  
New Rad  
Strip everything  
Wheel spacers  
New Brakes
