I disagree. If coaches and management had nothing to do with the quality of play, then they would not make as much as they do. Something is wrong with the way the team is being managed/coached and the players’ ability levels is suffering. We aren’t trying to improve our players; we get guys who are good prospects and could be allstars with some development and somehow they always end up being a nobody 2 years later.
