Its more of the executives who are up for the 30 million dollar golden parachute retirement plans they are supposed to get from their shitty companies that are now in downfall and they still want their money. They have the power and ability to argue and press the government to get what they want versus the employees who just have stock options.

every bill has this crap atatched to it, thats how half the time the dems or reps can look back and go “look at this bill the dems/reps didn’t vote for!!” when they pint out section 6732 about giving solders clean watter when the main bill is about dumping toxic waste in a national park.
