Having run about half-dozen drag events like this I can tell you it’s worth paying for a barrel of VHT and the prep equipment to lay it down.

Looked like a great time. Wish my car would have been done but it wasnt. Should have brought the TA to race but needed time to work on my ride. Should definately startup by tuesday or tomorrow night

Had a great time! Thanks to Starboy for putting all of it together. I hope next time we pick a day that is a little cooler!
The best i ran was a 8.1@89(which is faster then darkstar). I am hoping and thinking the tune needs adjusted really bad. Last year with 400hp I was doing 7.590@92.53 in the 1/8th.

i think its more the track. i ran 7.1 in the 1/8 last year n/a at prp. best i had at steel valley was 7.8 but i picked up a few mph

^I agree. My grocery getter goes 8.9x evertime at PRP and QCR but I couldn’t do better than 9.4 yesterday.

No, I was in my Regal GS…it’s not hopped up in the back. You’re thinking of 2003 SSEi on here in the Bonerville SSEi. We raced three times (he lost three times 😃 ).
