Someday, you’ll realize that renting an apartment is NO DIFFERENT than renting a car. Would you not buy your car, rather than rent it? When all is said and done, you own nothing with an apartment. In fact, the cost of owning a house is LESS than renting an apartment. Do some research if you find that hard to believe. 2.) Hopefully you’ll see some change in your spelling of “preference,” though. ---

I’ve done my research and found that statement to be completely false… 1. My rent is less than half the cost of a mortgage on a place of similar size once property taxes are included. 2. I don’t have to own any of the following: Lawnmower, snowblower, leaf blower. 3. You have to live in a house for about 7 years before your mortgage is paying anything but the interest on the loan. 4. My free time is valuable to me. I work at work. Where I get paid to do so. Not at home, where it would undoubtedly be costing me money, as well as time I could be spending at work, on overtime, making more money. 5.
