If I do swap its not going to be for a while. I dont want another Ford automatic because theyre shit. Ill probably just get another clutch eventually but I dont really feel like blowing $350+ right now since its almost the end of the season. ---

2004r’s in stock form are piles of shit pjb, if you do end up getting one, get it built pretty stout, for starters id recommend a trans-go hd shift kit, billet servo, billet pump, and a good trans cooler. These things tend to get hot and shit the bed easily. ---

Who the fuck knows which stellar-performing “Zoom” clutch they put in it… They probably put in the OEM replacement one. ---

You realize there are alot of guys running built AOD(E)'s/4R70W’s with over 1000 hp right? Or a built C4. Dont butcher the car and put a Chevy trans in it man… ---

No way in hell would I put something without overdrive in it either. I drive the car on the highway more than anywhere else so no OD and 4.10’s would really suck goat balls. I think my truck has a 4r70w in it. It shifts way too much. ---
