Darryl as we’ve talked, IMO a location around the airport is going to be one of your best bets at this time. Lots of large building in a rather lenient noise volume area. Finding the right building won’t be easy however. ---

How about the old Alpin Haus in Clifton Park? Im not sure if its still for sale but it doesnt seem like anybody is doing anything with it. Theres also the old Dodge World up there thats available. Sure its not Albany so it might not work with the name but those are possibilities. ---

Dodge world has a HUGE lot, a massive garage and a massive showroom. It has been empty since 4 months after I bought my SS from them. ---

Honestly I cant see any town letting him build a track or hold drift events in a parking lot. The tracks that do exist are grandfathered in and most are out in the middle of nowhere. Look what happened to A-S Speedway and the track was there long before some rich fucks put houses on top of it. ---

If the alpin haus is OWNED by the Hecks still, they will want an arm and a leg for it. I know them personally, and dont give anything away to say the least. GREAT people, very nice and all, but the company isnt doing so hot lately, so they are cutting back alot. As for the noise and shit. I have no idea what it takes. The I own it Ill do what I want thing only flys for so long. But if a kart track were built, and the noise levels were bellow mandated, and they were charging to use it, I would assume its a goods and services transaction more than an “event”. who knows.
