Can anyone dig up the how-to thread on getting the town to pay for shit like when you hit a retardedly large pothole and fuck up your wheel and whatnot. I’ve searched and searched and came up empty.

I forget where, probably covered on the ny dmv website… if I remember correctly, somebody must have already reported the problem or you’re out of luck.

Pretty sure that due to budget cuts the pot hole must be greater than or equal to two times interior volume of your car, the pothole must have been reported by registered mail by at least three verified citizens of the local municipality where said pothole resides, and no less than two eye witnesses of said car-pothole interaction must swear to the authenticity of your story. 😉

it might not even be the town that pays for it, sometimes u send a form to NYSDOT, depending on where the pothole was
