figured it out, turned off 3g now my wireless is on all the time, cept this fring wont connect to the SIP, stupid. ---

Haha how are you having so many problems? lol. If you keep wifi on and have it already connected in the past to certain networks, it will auto connect and default to the faster connection. I do this but just dont have it ask to join networks so it only hops on a few that i know of. ---

Hahaha I don’t know anyone who has more trouble with their phone than you. Are you on a normal WiFi connection and a router or do you have the default firewall shit on yours? All you gotta do is add a SIP provider to fring and then login with your username and password. Also, make sure you dial a number 17165555555. You need the one or it will just ring on the cell phone and not go through. ---

lol my router is fine, no firewall issues, normal wifi at home. It like times out when trying to log into fring. Using voipbuster cant even get to the login using wifi. ---

When it said adding service, i clicked the hide button and it went away but a check mark poped up shortly. Can you use the PC client OK from home? I am not working on integrating this with our Avaya SIP server. ---

yes voipbuster is already registered with the program, thats not my issue, my issue is i cant get it to stay in wifi long enough to make a god damn call ---

are you using it on a hidden network? I had problems with that on my phone… to this day, still cant use it with one. have you tried re-booting it? Is it only this program? Or does your phone always drop wifi? ---

I am having a problem with our SIP server and this program. My theory is that the program wants to use the 3G/EDGE for the SIP messages and resolution and then WiFi for the actual calls which is not going to work becuase our server is internal only right now. ---

Ya I found it out. Fring is web based so when you add a private IP SIP provider, you can not login. Done playing with this till tomorrow. ---
