not using imap, using smtp. and it doesnt work using just smtp i have to use atts smtp server. ---

ATT using their hardware and servers to forward so you can use your own mail account? Not only is it a privacy issue but they also buy hardware, manage it, and deal with the bandwidth so you can use a third party email? How do you know that its using ATTs when you add your own? ---

Probably a stupid question, but I can’t figure out how to connect to my internet at home. I have a wireless router. The iTouch sees it and shows signal, but won’t transfer data because I’m not sure which password to use for it. I tried my admin password for the router and that didn’t work. I also tried the 28 (I think) digit character and that didn’t work either. What ya think? ---

Ya it will save it once it logs in to your wireless and if you leave wireless on, anytime you are in range it will connect. ---

My iPhone + Sidewalk = Broke. Still functions but the screen is cracked to shit. Time to test out teh [SquareTrade.com](http://SquareTrade.com) insurance policy I have. ---

Ya I filed a claim and waiting to hear back. I am hoping that I can get it taken care of ASAP. I think I need to find my receipt for my phone to send to the insurance company so I hope it is at home in the bag where my phone is. ---

Wow big thumbs up to Apple store. I lost my reciept for my iPhone and need it to file my insurance claim through Square Trade. I called them and gave them the credit card over the phone and they offered to print it, mail it, or email it to me. I asked them to email it and within 10 minutes I had a PDF of my original reciept. Anytime I have called them, they have always been helpful. I am seeing why the consumer base for home computers is so into Apple since they seem to really support their customers more than a Windows PC that you buy from Circuit City and are on your own with. :tup: So far with the claim, I filed it late thursday night, they responded Friday afternoon asking for my reciept copy (which I should have scanned when I first got the policy) and replied with the PDF from the Apple store with my reciept. Hopefully by Monday afternoon I will have more information and how they are going about fixing/replacing this.
