Yeah, that’s pretty damn cool. Just installed inavx, that marine chart plotting app I was too cheap to pay for over the summer. Looking up the name of the the chart showing the eastern end of lake erie right now. EDIT: Nice, I have some waypoints set to get me to seneca shoal, some of the best bass fishing in lake erie. Now if only it were still summer time and my boat weren’t buried under 6" of snow. ---

Jailbreaking the phone just gives you access to the parts of the iPhone that apple doesnt allow. Like Backgrounder is a great app for running stuff in the background but again, can go nutzo if you lose track and can lag your phone. When you jailbreak, remember any app that integrates with mobilesubstrate runs in your springboard so it can cause lag and slower response. Dont install 100 apps that run in the MobileSubstrate if you don’t need them to keep your phone running as best as possible. ---

I like the Logmein app since that is how I access my computer but it keeps giving me a out of memory message. I think it can’t handle my 1920x1200 resolution at home. That and my winterboard theme I don’t think mix well. gotta play with it some more. ---

I got that error when I had an instance of backgrounder running. I restarted the phone and runs fine now… like you said, probably the mobilesubstrate that causes it ---

in the market for a 2g iphone hard cover but cant find any, all i find are 3g except at the apple store but they want almost $40 for one and that seems a little excessive ---
