now why the fuck don’t they have a fence over the hole? let me get this straight… they can spend all this money to install fencing and buoys NEAR the hole, but they can’t install a retard guard on the actual hole? ---

[/quote] a row of bouys out past the hole allow water to still flow freely to the drain a chain link fence on the edge of the drain can easily clog overnight if theres a large storm, which could also possibly result in the damn overflowing (depending on fence height and its relation to the height of the edge of the dam) plus, if you go past the bouy’s and fall into the hole, congrats, you just made sure youll only do it once ---
