Yes Man - 7/10 - I went into this movie thinking that it was going to totally blow and be a complete rip-off of “Liar Liar”. I was wrong. It was very funny (not hilarious), had a pretty decent story, and the acting was strong. Plus Jim Carrey wasn’t his usual annoying, over the top self. Plus, my heart melts for Zooey Deschanel. ---

Pineapple express,I give it a 7.5/10.Good laughs, the extra .5 is for Bill Lumberg. Righteous kill,great acting (as expected) but the plot was kind of Meh,I liked the twist at the end.If they tossed some variety into it and a little bit of boondock saints,this could have been a huge success.7/10 (gets an extra point because of what happens to 50 cent) ---

I bought _The Terminal_ about a year ago and finally watched it on sunday. I really liked it. 8/10 ---

Saving Private Ryan/Band Of Brothers is WWII this isn’t. So if you are going in expecting a War movie then this is not the movie for you. ---

Just a warning though, Revolver is also by Guy Ritchie, and it sucked. I would rank it in the top 5 worst movies I’ve ever seen. We spent the whole movie going, “ok, they’re just setting it up, it will get cool”. Then it was over, and I wanted my 2 hours back. He did Revolver when toward the end of his marriage to Madonna so I’m going to blame her and give what ever movie he comes out with post divorce a chance. EDIT: I just re-read my post and I don’t think words can express how much Revolver sucked. Here’s a hint though, Ray Liotta was wearing tighty whiteys under a black light several times. Just don’t see this movie. You’ve been warned. ---

The Unborn - 3 - The only reason it scores so high is because there’s a couple scenes with the hot ass broad parading around in boy shorts and bending over the sink to wash her face. ---
