> [@JEG](#): > > Tim is a really cool guy. Met him once. He’s one of my fav speed drummers. I’m almost as fast as him on the double bass…but I need better pedals. If I had some really kick ass pedals I can easily play over 700 bpm. Lol…I doubt it. Most death metal drummers play at 200-270bpm for about an hour every set. The record I’m pretty sure for 1 minute is still Tim Waterson @ over 1400 bpm. Anywho…The new Scar Symmetry is kick ass. ---

I love the new Rammstein album. The single “Pussy” was pretty bad but the rest of the album is great. On a side note, I am FINALLY getting a chance to go see them, July 18th in Quebec. SO excited as the put on a great show live ---

LOLZ Bump: I came across this in my SickDrummer feed on YouTube. Sweet Jesus, this guy is flying. I love Aborted, and I wish I was this fast on drums. You’ll notice he’s swiveling his foot during some of the video. Those are double stroke rolls with his feet. [https://youtu.be/opXJQ7RcqPE](https://youtu.be/opXJQ7RcqPE) [FYI I posted this in another thread but it didn’t bump…we’ll try this one. N/M it showed up…can we merge the two?] [Previous page](https://forums.speedlife.net/t/the-metal-thread-music/75139.md?page=6)
