# The "My Z's Done" Thread!

Yep, it’s been over 3 years. It was October 31st that I made [THIS POST & THREAD (link)](http://www.nyspeed.com/showthread.php?39703) about what I planned to do to my car over the winter.

Silly decision in retrospect but I can’t take it back, lol.
After loosing my focus on the car for about a year and a few more years of the car sitting idle, it’s finally back on the road!
The car pulls hard and drives like it’s brand new. Went to the track and ran a [12.72 @ 113.62 (time slip link)](http://www.nyspeed.com/showthread.php?220011-%ABOFFICIAL%BB-Network-Wide-2011-1-4-Mile-Drag-Racing-Leaderboard!&p=3254921&viewfull=1#post3254921) and it’s got a lot more in it… if I can ever get that launch right, lol. The next step is to finally get it on a dyno (haven’t done it since the car was stock) and get it tuned for a bit more boost 🙂

Great looking car. I really hope to own a clean example of 300zx at some point. One of my childhood dream cars.
