Oh and fwiw, anyone looking to purchase a new Ford vehicle, let me know. The guy I know at Metro Ford (Alan), is a wicked cool dude and bent over backwards for me. I HATE everyone at Metro except for Alan :lol Id reccomend him to anyone, real down to earth guy that isnt looking to make a killing off people. ---

timing chain tensioners fail… throws the timing off and they eat valves like there’s no tomorrow. that and the fact that dodge cant produce a decent automatic transmission to save their asses. ---

a lot of the mopars I valet have toasted trannys, and the GMs have knock and piston slap like whoa. ---

I never understood the layout of those cars with the way the motor was setup like a rwd either. Chrysler tranny’s have always been weak. My mom’s Caravan’s tranny went at 47k. I remember seeing a Ram with 29k in for a tranny at my old job.
