The only thing im gonna have a problem with is the time people get there(when it gets nice out)… It hasnt been a problem yet due to it being so cold out, but when its nice out i need spots for my customers. Its usually very busy from 7-9. It would def be better if everyone comes out around 830-9 or later and park as far away from my building as possible then gradually move closer as more people show up and it gets later. Chances are that I will be there, and will be hanging out much later than 11. And if everyone is respectful like they have been, i dont have a problem with people hanging out as late as they want. you can fu cking sleep there, i could care less as long as you respect the property. ---
