Jesus! Mag prices have jumped like CRAZY! Just saw someone trying to sell orlite’s for upwards of 25-30 a piece shipped.
In times like this it almost makes me wonder what I can get for my pre ban 90 rounder 5.56/.223. I’d hate to get rid of it, but shit, i always like making money off investments

I’d dump it, why not. I’d throw it on Gunbroker for $500.
Seeing how much some of these gougers are getting for their stripped POST-ban lowers, makes me wanna sell one that I have coming lol. $300 for blemished Palmetto lowers that were $50-60 before the election is nuts. I could prolly sell the one I got coming as a complete lower for $600, about 2.5x what I paid for the lower and all the parts.

I’ve had no luck finding a non-converted saiga 7.62. But if anyone has any leads on one, lmk. Also looking into a GSG-522. Because I’m a fan of mp5s and 22lr is cheap.

Just got a GSG-5, haven’t fired it yet though. I too have a thing for MP5s, as well as just about any other HK.

Very nice. Ill probably end up with one soon. Tired of Saiga hunting. Somewhere down the road ill be on the look-out for an hk-91. I just can’t justify dropping the cash on it just yet.

I would love to get an Umarex H&k MP5 A5. They are officially licensed clones of the real thing, built by Walther. They even say H&K on them. Only $500 too.

Why not find a PTR-91? Under $1k usually, but they’re hit or miss on quality. I’d like to trade my FAL for one.

That’s the thing, i’d rather get the legitimate hk version and be able to trust it. With the GSG I’ve heard of some reliability issues, but at least its not a $1000 rifle.
A good $1500 difference between the PTR and HK is a big gap though.

Find a Greek SAR-8. Same tooling as the 91, just has a thumb hole stock from the factory. Still pre-ban. Highest quality non-91 you’ll find for 1/2 the price of a mint 91.
