the 10 cents off a gallon deal at tops is amazing. every $100 spent you get 10cents off a gallon… I’ve filled up a couple times in the past months saving up to 50cents a gallon ---

They are now saying that the storm will not really have an impact on oil production in the gulf of mexico. So I would think that oil prices will fall back down today for the last day of the August contract. ---

“There’s a storm? BUY BUY BUY!!!” “It’s not going to hit any of the oil wells? SELL SELL SELL!!!”. The joys of having over 70% of the people buying oil contracts not actually taking delivery (aka being users) of that oil. ---

the sad part is since it has already reached $149, it will have no problem jumping right back up next time something happens. ---
