It stopped being about customer service and focused on bottom line only. Many a time I had to do things that I really didn’t care for. (Nothing unethical, but against my morals). I’ll just say there are certain people that I hope are directly affected by these and future layoffs. (Yes… I AM an asshole) ---

Hell, i could ramble off a few from my company i want to see canned But the most “unethical” things we do is offer used over new and that damned mvp card 😕 I don’t feel bad about that one if they use it but selling it to some 80yr old granny that doesnt know what pong is… ---
