Russia is claiming the chemical weapons belonged to the rebels and they leaked out when Syria bombed them, but every weapons expert is saying that’s not how chemical weapons work. When you bomb them with conventional bombs the bombs burn up the majority of the gas. To get the casualties like this attack had you had to have dropped chemical bombs. ---
