The recording of trumps call was released last night. One of the most respectful calls I’ve ever heard in my life. Proof that he was actually engaged in the phone call is that he recognized her son was accepted on an academic scholarship for football and not a sports scholarship for football. I didn’t catch that until Trump said something about it. ---

Consider the ISIS capital falling, stock market record close (again), movement on tax reform (or cuts), and who could forget about the Clinton’s taking Russian money that hardly anyone is reporting on. When you see “emotional smoke screen stories” like this phone call thing, from BOTH Trump and the media & Democrats, you have to consider what’s not being talked about because of it. ---

I like the two with the open slats at the bottom. They let the small wildlife cross while letting Mexico actually see that the grass is greener on the other side. Probably easier to cut though so I’ll go with upper right. ---

Thoughts on John Kelly getting the facts wrong during his little speech? He should have stopped before talking about the FBI building thing. He was wrong. She also continued her speech and honored the fallen during it. You’ve got to be able to admit when you’re wrong. I still despise Rep Wilson for that move. I still think that listening to that call was politically motivated. I still think the widowed woman disliked Trump from the beginning. Maybe not that her intent was to slam Trump or use her husband’s death for her own gain. Not saying that at all. Having Rep Wilson be on that call shows that she was not optimistic about the call with Trump, though. Trump never stood a chance on that phone call. ---
