Neither of which he did. i read the court document, so I know what it said. I agree that it doesnā€™t imply contact that indicated ā€œcollusionā€ or whatever. Iā€™m just saying, donā€™t be so dismissive. 4 people werenā€™t arrested for no reason. Another thing to not about Flynnā€™s situation is that it is obviously a plea deal. Heā€™s going to rat about SOMETHING. What is that something? I donā€™t know, could be major could be minor. ---

They were arrested for specific offenses. Flynnā€™s offence doesnā€™t have anything to do with election ā€œcollusionā€ though. Where we donā€™t agree is that heā€™s going to ā€œratā€ about anything. Itā€™s more likely that his plea agreement (not ā€œdealā€) _to the same charge as was filed_ might have lesser terms because heā€™s being given a courtesy for his years of service, the fact that heā€™s dead broke, having a clean record, etc. Of course heā€™d be expected to cooperate and testify if necessary as part of a guilty plea. Plus the guy is _admitting to lying_, so those who think heā€™s going to be a star witness are out of their minds. This plea by definition destroys his credibility as a witness. ---
