I wanted to get something like this going, but it would be more of a club or cooperative type deal. People buy in to owning it and use it as they need it, or there is a membership fee. Seems less likely that someone would sue if they were part “owner” or if there were some sort of dues to pay. Couldn’t find enough interested parties though. ---
