There’s been a nasty head cold going around lately, and almost everybody in my family has gotten it, and we’ve all gotten better within a day because of one thing: Old Krupnik…it’s a Polish honey liqueur…i felt like total shit last night, tylanol cold and/or sinus did nothing…the 4 bottles of water i drank at work this morning probably helped a bit…today i felt like shit going into work, came home, poured myself a shot, and just slowly sipped it down…by slowly i mean like taking it a quarter shot at a time, 15 minutes a part…i’m done with my first shot now, 1 hour of sipping it down, and i already feel much better, no more stuffed and runny nose, and believe it or not, this is one alcohol that totally gets rid of a headache…
it tastes good too :tup:
thought i’d share an old Polish secret with the rest of you, knowing that this is the time of year where the tempatures begin to change and people start getting sick…

is this available at any liquor store, or is it something that you have to brew/distill yourself?

almost any liquor store will have it…it’s not expensive, comes in like a .75 litre bottle…it’s gold looking, like honey…
if you try it and it doesnt work for you after i’d say 3 days of taking a few shots a day…i might even be willing to buy it off of you, it’s amazing
and even if for some wierd reason it doesnt work for ya…it’s still good

and it gets ya shitfaced. so even if you dont feel better, your still drunk. and being drunk always makes me feel better.

word it a popular but little known liquer at our place.
