if a cop tries to bait you into a race and you race it is considered entrapment, assuming you can get over the ready and willing to commit a crime portion of the argument Edit: ah nm you’re talking about in canada, don’t know the laws there ---

That is a seriously cool cop car. I’d wouldn’t pull over for that thing though. I used to drive the 401 all the time and loved it as it seemed like there was no speed limit. On my way to Sarnia I hit ~185mph on either the 401/402/403 LoL. ---

As questionable as some may find it, I’d have to think it would be real tough to sell it as entrapment. Entrapment is when you are coerced (read -To force to act or think in a certain way by use of pressure, threats, or intimidation; compel. American Heritage Dictionary) into committing a crime that you otherwise would not have done. I’d hardly consider a person revving at you as coercing you into street racing them. ---

I have seen two blue Camry’s as undercover cars. 1 red Toyota Highlander and the worst of it all was an 05 Taurus. According to my buddy, there are a couple of modded M3’s and Audi’s as well. ---
