i wonder what would happen if i squirted the dirty pig subie with a reaimed rear washer nozzle. anytime some tails my ass i push my rear washer button and their car gets covered with washer fluid it’s pretty hillarous. Pissed off a ricer in a caviler hardcore when he wouldn’t stop tailgailting me, the idiots car was soaked with pink rainex washer fluid, fucken made my day. ---

So if he were tailing you and you were to say suddenly stop because a “racoon” jumped out infront of you and he hit you it would then be his fault? possible charge? I think the best thing to do if these guys tail you and call the cops on them saying that somone is aggressivly driving behind you and your afrade for your life and he might be trying to harm you. In these situations bring the law back on your side. ---

Canada The Supreme Court of Canada developed the Canadian version of the doctrine of entrapment in three major decisions: R. v. Amato, [1982] 2 S.C.R. 418, R. v. Mack, [1988] 2 S.C.R. 903, and R. v. Barnes, [1991] 1 S.C.R. 449. There are two different forms of entrapment in Canadian law. The first type of entrapment, “random virtue testing”, occurs when the police offer an individual the opportunity to commit a crime without reasonable suspicion that either that individual, or the place where that individual is located, is associated with the criminal activity under investigation. If police do have such a reasonable suspicion, they are still limited to providing only an opportunity to commit the offence. The second form of entrapment occurs when the police go beyond merely providing an opportunity to commit an offence, and instead actually induce the commission of the offence. Some factors a court may consider when deciding whether police have induced the offence include the type of crime being investigated, whether an average person would have been induced, the persistence and number of attempts made by the police, the type of inducement used (e.g. fraud, deceit, reward), and the existence of express or implied threats. The question of entrapment is only considered after there has been a finding of guilt. If, after finding the accused guilty, the court determines that the accused was entrapped, the court will enter a judicial stay of proceedings. In effect, this is similar to an acquittal. ---

Hah I thought cops were not allowed to chase anymore? “Intereception” kinda denotes speeding doesn’t it… gotta love the police car shows where they get all horny about 400-600bhp v8 ‘police interceptors’. Gay. Milton. Why at a house? Because I know where the OPP officer lives, and how else would I get pictures? It’s not stored at an OPP station for a reason: you’re not supposed to “know” about this car. If they had tuned undercovers right smack in front of the station, you would know all about them, and it wouldn’t be much of an interceptor now would it? I was tipped off by his neighbour haha. This person also has one of the M3’s apparently which I am interested in seeing if it is an actual interceptor as well. ---
