that we didn’t put it there it was factory and still has them today :rolleyes: there is just no telling you otherwise is there

no i’m just tryin to get this straight… you know the car was completely orginal because: a) your dad bought it brand new, b) because the guy you got it from said so. c) you ran all the numbers and they matched (i’d like to see the numbers for this car)

oddly enough what i’m finding for this car is more and more 'cuda
it had the dual non functional scoops that i’m reading are only found on cudas, it had a 340 that i’m finding is only from cudas that year…BUT the front grill, rear tail interior dash and door panels said barracuda (which the cudas did not) AND it had the square tips that came up through the bumper which the barracudas did not.

we sold for 500 reguardless dad coulndt afford to fix it and he sold it to a friend…either way it was either a factory goof with barracuda trim or someone was sleeping when they put the motors in

or like i had a one of only 2200 supercoupes made in 82. i beat the shit out of it and let it walk away for next to nothing. sometimes you just dont know

i don’t recall ever hearing of anyone busting open their bank account to get a rare beast in the supercoupe. you can’t even compare a 70 340 cuda to a 82 SC. If you’d have said teal 93 cobra or purple saleen, maybe i could buy that.
