Just make sure you are calling the Gold Support number… (you know there is a different number right?) if so you will get someone in the US. Also just do what we do, grab any service tag, it doesn’t really matter so long as it still has a warranty left… We’ve also memorized a lot of the diagnostic responses so we can run dell diagnostics without even booting up the machine to get a tech out for part replacement :lol: > [@zwarbyt](#): > > hp 4 life two words: fuck that - all though their servers and switches are pretty sweet ---
