some dude walking on the sidewalk on a nice day gets plowed by a car careening down the sidewalk SIDEWAYS at a high rate of speed. Dead on impact.

My question is what the hell caused the car to do that. Fucking blondes on cell phones adjusting their ipods while trying to put on lip gloss?
