I’ve considered that defence;

a video + dB meter of;

- SRT4 @ 5000rpm
- SRT10 @ 4500rpm (?)
- Harley (with factory mufflers-most people remove them shortly after they leave the dealer)
- Your car @ 5000rpm

IF you can show yours isn’t the loudest… bam case dismissed
