I dated a chick a while ago whose neighbor had 2 big birds like that. They are the NOISIEST animals alive. You couldn’t hear yourself think when you were over there. The neighbor would have the birds out on her back porch, and it sounded like you were in the middle of the amazon rain forest.

Very cool animals, but as mentioned their noisy and messy as fuck and live for 80 years. People frequently put them in their wills specifying what happens to them after the person dies since they’ll outlive you. I’d never own one.
