that was at sema, I saw some vids didn’t even realize it was v8, the hood was closed

an interesting alternative on low buck approach would be just cram a carbed 340 into pt cruiser, the downer is you can’t pass nysi w/motor swaps unless you run the same pcm

a turbo would be the smart answer to keep it drivable/inspectable

We saw it at SEMA. They had the hood closed ☹  
Steve Saleen was even there to check it out but no Unique Performance people were around to open the hood.

They had 10 customized HHRs in one area. The Unique Performace display(s) were very impressive.

Wait until you see their 2006/1969 Fastback Mustang conversion. :drool:  
I’ll dig for some pics in our gallery if I can find them.

i think stock HHR’s are FUGLY,  
but thats a pretty cool looking meat wagon, and nice swap :tup:

I think its still pretty ugly, but I bet its a fun thing to drive with that ls2.
