Not going to see these circle-jerk posts praising him and not say anything about it. He is a flake and rushes through cars he doesn’t want to work on and/or completely ignores the person for months (my case). He takes more responsibility than is due for his successes and wants no part in any of his failures, lying about or ignoring those. A 4 month plan to work on my car was ignored so he could work on 4-5 other cars in that same weekend. I would assume this is the reason he can’t hold down a job for more than two months.
