Canada has a pretty knowledgeable group of older Audi owners and every 1st Thursday of the month they meet up to see who’s car is still running from the previous meeting. I finally got around to heading up to this and here are some pictures. We(myself and HNJ) met up with two guys who were trying to solve a running issue on a freshly completed 84 Ur-Q prior to the actual meet. This is Martin’s car. Martin is a walking parts catalogue for older Audi’s. This fucker has part numbers in his head for the most obscure shit on the planet. Instead of throwing in the towel like a sensible human being and selling it at a huge loss, the fucker saw it through to the end. i get it, those cars are rad… but also super ugly and scare me to death with how much they cost to keep running for the average person. how powerful / fast are those two with the big turbos? ---

As for the looks, I think of the big boxy flares everytime I am at orgasm and I finish that much harder. As for keeping running-see above. I’m about as average of a person there ever was and it isn’t that bad. Alot of parts are the dreaded 3 letters, NLA, so you have to improvise. Craigs car has forged rods so he can throw on a big turbo in the future and be fine. Martins car, the one with the upgraded turbo, has a running issue and he hasn’t gotten it into boost yet, he just got it together recently. Just a 20vt with a chip in one of these car is fun. Not 10 second 1/4 mile time fun, but fun still. Craigs car sounded like 2 highschool sluts finger blasting each other good. ---
